E2E Transaction Report

The E2E Transaction Report displays the entries made in the transaction for each employee in the pay period.

Generating E2E Transaction Report

To generate this report, follow these steps:

  1. Select Standard Reports from Reports Management. The Standard Reports are displayed.

  1. Select E2E Transaction Report from Standard Reports. The E2E Transaction Report screen is displayed.

  2. Configure the report parameters as required.

  3. Click Show. The report is generated.

The table shows the report columns and descriptions:

Column Name

Description

Transaction Date

The date on which the payroll is generated.

Pay Period

The pay period for the employee.

Employee ID

The employee ID number assigned by Corporate Payroll.

Employee Name

The employee name.

SSN

The employee's Social Security number.

Department

The department code for the employee.

Wage Type

Hourly - if the employee is an hourly employee.

Salary - if the employee is salaried.

Salary or Rate

Salary for salaried employees or the hourly rate for an hourly employee.

Type

The type for the amount (Pay, Earning, or Deduction).

Type Name

The type name.

WC Code

The Worker Compensation code for which the amount was paid.

Hours

The total hours for the type.

Rate

The rate for the type.

Amount

The amount for the type.
