Leave Report

The Leave Report (Sick, Vacation/PTO) displays the sick, vacation/pto information for each employee in the pay period.

Generating Leave Report

To generate this report, follow these steps:

  1. Select Standard Reports from Reports Management. The Standard Reports are displayed.

  1. Select Leave Report (Sick, Vacation/PTO) from Standard Reports. The Leave Report (Sick, Vacation/PTO) screen is displayed.

  2. Configure the report parameters as required.

  3. Click Show. The report is generated.

The table shows the report columns and descriptions:

Column Name

Description

Check Date

The date on which the payroll is generated.

Employee ID

The employee ID number assigned by Corporate Payroll.

Employee Name

The employee name.

Department

The department code for the employee.

SSN

The Social Security number for the employee.

Sick Hours

The sick hours for the pay period.

Sick Pay

The sick pay for the pay period.

Sick Beginning

The beginning sick hours.

Sick Accrued

The accrued sick hours.

Sick Used

The used sick hours.

Sick Balance

The balance of sick hours.

Vacation/PTO Hours

The vacation/pto hours for the pay period.

Vacation/PTO Pay

The vacation/pto pay for the pay period.

Vacation/PTO Beginning

The beginning vacation/pto hours.

Vacation/PTO Used

The used vacation/pto hours.

Vacation/PTO Balance

The balance vacation/pto hours.
